In my box this week I received all the ingredients to make the following recipes: Pan-Fried Summertime Chicken with Pancetta and Fresh Peas, Teriyaki Chicken with Coco-Nutty Rice and Bok Choi, and Mozzarella Stuffed Beefburgers with Caprese Salad. How good do these sound! I love that all the ingredients are measured out for you, even down to the little bits like herbs and stock cubes. It’s a totally genius idea, I wish I had thought of it!
