In a much more timely fashion this time, here’s a run-through of the products I finished last month!
Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel Off Face Mask – I really like this refreshing peel off face mask; you can read the full review here.
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Conditioner – You can’t go wrong with this intensive treatment. It’s so quick and easy to use, I’ve loved this stuff for years and will probably always use it!
WEI Jujube Age Control Serum – I got this little tube in January’s Birchbox. It feels great on the skin, but the sample was a little too small to be able to use it long enough to see if it delivers real results plus it smells a bit like camembert cheese, so I won’t be buying it.
Aveda Smooth Infusion Shampoo and Conditioner – These both came in a She Said Beauty beauty box last year. I like them but I wasn’t really wowed by them.
Osmo Berber Oil Hair Treatment – I reviewed this here. I’m quite sad that I’ve used it all up as I really like this oil! I have a few more oils to use up but I’m sure I’ll be buying this in the future.
Vaseline Intensive Rescue Soothing Hand Cream – My hands are really dry and chapped at the moment from the cold weather, heating and constant hand washing (I have a young baby!) so I am getting through lots of hand cream. Despite the name this was a fairly light one. A good one to have in your handbag or desk at work as it’s easily absorbed but I need something richer at the moment.
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula: Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks & Firming Butter – More “mummy” samples either received through the post or in Bounty packs. I didn’t get stretch marks but have been using these on my tummy anyway!
Dr Bragi Bio Marine Exfoliant: I got two sachets of this exfoliant in September’s Joliebox beauty box. It has really fine particles and gently exfoliated my skin leaving it soft and smooth, ready for a face mask. Fab stuff!
Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask – LOVED this face mask! I got it in the Selfridges Beauty Box in September and had been saving it for a special treat. I will be posting a full review soon.
Weleda One-Step Cleanser & Toner – I got this in a giveaway prize but I’m sad to say I didn’t like it. It wasn’t great at removing make-up and I wasn’t keen on the smell which was like ouzo!
Molton Brown Naran Ji Hand Wash – Another from the set I got at Christmas. Smells fabulous, all neroli and grapefruit. But I think I might be allergic to these hand washes as eczema has suddenly flared up on my hand. A bit gutting as they smell so nice. I wouldn’t ever buy them though, too pricey!
Charlie Pink Body Spray – This is a fruity sweet smelling body spray but not too strong, so it doesn’t clash with your perfume. I got this at Christmas and I would pick it up again.
Organic Systems Aqua Boost Shampoo – I got this as a ‘thank you’ from a PR lady that I sent some Peanut Chunky KitKats to (she couldn’t find them where she lived)! Unfortunately I didn’t get on very well with this shampoo as it made my hair feel heavy and weighed down.
Pantence Volume & Body Conditioner – This massive 400ml bottle cost me the grand sum of 47p! I’m a bit indifferent towards Pantene, I’ve never been drawn to their products but when I saw them on sale in Superdrug for silly money I just couldn’t resist. It’s actually quite a good conditioner, it left my hair feeling soft and shiny and easy to style. I’d buy it again, especially if I see it for 47p!
