I’m a day late with the weekly meal planner – I was distracted with the excitement of setting my wedding date! More to follow on that soon, but for now, let’s get on with the meal plan.
I decided to start sharing my weekly meal plans here to give you ideas for your family, too! I don’t eat meat so the meals are either fish-based or vegetarian. You could always change the main ingredient if you prefer meat – for example, swapping the Quorn pieces I use for chicken!
WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER #2
1. Green tea salmon with coconut rice
2. Mushroom farfalle
3. Fish burgers (I use fishcakes in baps with some watercress – yum!)
4. Pizza
5. Ricotta fritters with tomato & olive sauce
6. Quorn “chicken” & pesto pasta
7. White fish tagine
What’s on your family’s menu this week? Let me know in the comments below!
