  1. No,but i'm currently weighing up which plan to opt for as I have recently piled on too many lbs for my liking. The reviews on the New You site are very positive, so I am very tempted. Would love to win so I can try before I buy.

  19. I tried the Cambridge Diet about 25 years ago - combined with chocolate biscuits - it seemed to do the job, for a while, but not sure how healthily.

  27. No i have never tried any diet plans only reducing food which hasn't helped much but I desperately need to lose weight for an operation so must try harder
