Welcome to Happy Days! Katy and I host this linky with the purpose of inspiring you to make the most of each day, no matter what you've been up to, and to find happiness in every day. It's where I share the little moments that have brought me joy.
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted”

This week I have loved:
- Celebrating my birthday with Ian and the boys. We spent the day in St Albans and had a lovely lunch at Wagamama. I'd not been there in, oooh, about 10 years and was craving a yasai katsu curry!
- Getting to grips with my new camera. Ian got me a new lens for my birthday, too!
- Little N's newfound obsession with eating with chopsticks, after our Wagamama lunch!
- Rescuing a tired bee that must have been stuck in our house overnight. We fed it some sugary water which helped it on its way. You can see a little video over on Facebook.
- Little N having a fantastic swimming lesson after a few dodgy weeks. He keeps mucking about and wanting to do his own thing, but he had a great class this week.
- Having a vase full of bright red tulips from my very own garden.
- Getting some really lovely, positive feedback from a PR agency I recently worked with. It really cheered me up!
- Finding WOWButter in Sainsburys! I'm allergic to nuts so haven't eaten peanut butter in about 18 years. I was really excited when I spotted it on the shelf.
- A stranger giving me £1 for the car park after I asked if he had a spare 50p he could swap with me as the machine wasn't accepting mine.
- Meeting friends at the park on sunny days. It will soon be ice-cream weather!
- Catching up with Katy briefly yesterday - the last time I saw her she wasn't even pregnant it has been that long!
This weekend I am looking forward to a well overdue catch up with one of my best friends! Have a great weekend whatever you are up to.

ReplyDeleteOk, I've just had to look up WOWbutter.... peanut butter without the peanuts? What is this madness! I am in love with peanut butter though, so I am genuinely really pleased for you if you can now eat it again (even if it is weird). I feel like a life without peanut butter might not be worth living....
