A few months ago we got to try some of the gorgeous leggings from independant British brand, Lamb & Bear. We fell in love and they are now some of J's favourites, he chooses his navy Quack Quack leggings over anything else every time whilst I adore his grey Leopard Prowl pair. Alex, the owner and designer behind the brand, has kindly offered a pair of leggings and matching dribble scarf for me to giveaway to one of my lucky readers!

With a tiny newborn due in just a few months, and a four-year old that suffers from eczema, it's really important to me to find gentle skincare products to use on my children. I'm also trying to change the products we use to cruety-free brands. Recently we were sent some of the products from the Sebamed Baby range and the boys have been happily giving everything to get our verdict before baby girl arrives!

I absolutely love reading birth stories as every experience is so unique, and after sharing my own two very different birth experiences [emergency c-section and natural VBAC] I decided to ask other mums and dads to share their beautiful birth stories with me, too. If you’d like to share your birth story, send me an email or get in touch via Twitter or Facebook.
Today Becka from Love, Becka is sharing her birth experience. She shares a few similarities with my my first son's birth, having started off sponteneously but needing interventions towards the end.

Towards the end of last year I visited The Baby to Toddler Show in London and stumbled across the Babease stand. It caught my eye because the stand was covered in beautiful vegetables and intriguing looking pouches, and I just had to take a closer look. In a market dominated by fruit-based baby food, award-winning Babease leads the way with a new generation of vegetable-led, vegan-friendly, organic baby food. As they say, it isn't baby food but food for babies!

Oh my gosh, how cold was it today! Being in the east of England we only got the lightest flurry of snow this morning, but it was absolutely freezing. To the point that my hands went completely numb on the two minute walk back to my car after dropping Little N at school and I had to just sit with the engine running while I tried to defrost them, as I couldn't feel them enough to do up J's car seat straps. J tried his best to make me look like a terrible mother by refusing to wear his hat, or his mittens, or even have the footmuff on the pram. I'm sure a few people were tutting at me, but what can you do, you have to pick your battles when it comes to negotiating with two year olds! We soon warmed ourselves up with some hot chocolate and a cheeky bag of chips for lunch.

Last month I decided to start sharing what I got in my Birchbox again. Birchbox is a monthly beauty subscription service which I have been getting for years and years now. It is my little treat, especially as since becoming a mum I rarely think to buy or do anything for myself! It's always exciting when my latest box arrives, so if you want to know what skincare, make-up and bodycare products I received in January's Birchbox then read on.

Ana from Ana Goes Green is someone I have known through the blogosphere for a good few years now and it is an honour to share her birth story with you. It is always lovely to read about someone getting a positive birth experience after a previous difficult birth, and Ana's story is really empowering and inspiring.

You may have seen on Instagram the other day that J has been sporting some gorgeous new tops which were sent to us by Little Chickie. If you've not heard of Little Chickie before, you must go and have a look! Over the past year the boys' style has been gradually shifting from high street brands to a more Scandi look, especially with that trend getting ever more popular and more of those brands hitting our retailers. I just love seeing the boys in bright colours and playful prints!
